If you have never made homemade dressing then it’s time to start! Homemade dressings are sooo much better than any bottled dressing on the market. Not to mention all those artificial ingredients and preservatives they contain. By making homemade dressings you can control the ingredients and stick to your Real Food transition. Trust me once you start making homemade there is no turning back.

Avocados provide nearly 20 essential nutrients, including fiber, potassium, Vitamin E, B-vitamins Omega 3s and folic acid making this dressing a very healthy addition to your salads.
