Turkey Curry Pita

Ingredients:

1 teaspoon organic curry powder, whichever is your favorite
sea salt and cracked black pepper, to taste
2 cups shredded cooked organic, pastured turkey or chicken
1/2 cup halved organic grapes
2 organic celery stalks, sliced
1 organic scallion or green onion, sliced
2 whole grain or whole wheat pita halves

Directions:

In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, curry powder, sea salt and cracked black pepper, to taste. Mix in the turkey or chicken, grapes, celery, and scallion. Fill 2 pita halves with the salad just before serving.
